X-Treme Series C Line Desiccant Dry Cabinets are specifically designed for the safe storage and drying of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). In full compliance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 standards, these cabinets ensure that PCBs and sensitive components can be preserved for unlimited durations without compromising quality.
Ideal for low and medium-volume production environments, the C Line offers enhanced versatility thanks to its optimized cabinet depth, accommodating large-scale items or feeder storage systems. With optional heating up to 125°C or cooling down to 2°C, these cabinets are also suitable for floor life resetting or temperature-controlled processes*. Equipped with the patented DHM-01 desiccant drying unit, the system ensures ultra-low relative humidity ≤0.5% RH for both short- and long-term storage, effectively preventing oxidation and moisture damage across a wide range of applications.

The C Line Smart Nitrogen Dry Cabinets from the X-Treme Series are engineered for precision-controlled storage of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) and PCBs. Compliant with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 standards, these cabinets ensure an ultra-low humidity environment of ≤1% RH, offering unlimited safe storage duration. Their versatile design is ideal for medium to high-volume production lines, with optional heating capabilities up to 125°C for floor life resetting and cooling option down to 2°C.* The extended internal depth also accommodates feeder setups and large-scale assemblies.
Each cabinet is equipped with the advanced N2AF-01 Smart Nitrogen Flow Unit, which continuously regulates nitrogen usage through intelligent software and responsive sensors. This system not only creates a moisture-free, oxygen-reduced atmosphere to prevent oxidation but also minimizes nitrogen consumption, reducing operating costs. With remote access, data traceability, and ERP integration support, the C Line Smart Nitrogen Cabinets deliver reliability, traceability, and exceptional control in every operation.

Advanced Oxygen-Level Monitoring (Optional)
For even greater environmental control, X Line cabinets can be optionally equipped with a high-precision oxygen sensor—an exclusive feature not commonly found in standard nitrogen cabinet systems. This sensor continuously monitors the internal oxygen concentration, enabling the nitrogen purge to dynamically respond not only to humidity, but also to real-time oxygen levels. As a result, oxidation risks are further reduced, and nitrogen usage is optimized more efficiently.
The built-in data logger automatically captures oxygen levels when the sensor is installed, extending traceability beyond humidity and temperature.
