300 Liter Capacity – Dual Technology Performance for Compact Operations
The CS-300 Hybrid Dry Cabinet is the most compact member of the X-Treme Series Hybrid line, engineered to deliver precise, continuous moisture protection in environments where space efficiency is crucial. Combining a DHM-01 desiccant drying unit and N2AF-01 Smart Nitrogen Flow System, this 300-liter cabinet maintains ultra-low relative humidity levels of ≤0.5% RH, offering a stable, oxygen-free atmosphere for long-term MSD and PCB storage in compliance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 standards.
Ideal for low-volume production lines or as a point-of-use solution beside larger units, the CS-300 is designed for intelligent drying continuity. Should the desiccant unit enter regeneration or nitrogen supply be interrupted, the alternate system takes over instantly, ensuring seamless humidity control. Optional heater kits allow for baking up to 125°C, enabling safe floor life resetting without the thermal risks associated with traditional ovens.
ESD Safe by Design
For maximum protection, C-Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets conform to ESD 61340-5-1 standards, with optional ESD-safe coatings available to meet the highest electrostatic safety requirements.
