X-Treme Series X-Line Desiccant Dry Cabinets are engineered specifically for the safe drying and long-term storage of Moisture Sensitive Devices (MSDs), in full compliance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 standards. Designed for low to medium-volume production environments, these cabinets ensure unlimited storage time for moisture-sensitive materials and PCBs under controlled humidity conditions.

Thanks to their extended depth, X-Line models are ideal for storing large-format components or integrating feeder storage solutions. For additional functionality, optional heater units support baking processes (floor life resetting) at temperatures up to 60°C, offering a compact and low-stress alternative to traditional ovens.

Patented DHM-01 Drying Technology

Each cabinet is equipped with the patented DHM-01 desiccant drying unit, maintaining a consistent internal humidity of ≤0.5% RH. Each cabinet is equipped with the N2AF-01 Smart Nitrogen Flow Unit, which creates and maintains an ultra-stable environment with relative humidity levels as low as ≤1% RH. In addition to minimizing moisture, this system significantly reduces oxygen presence—enabling a dual barrier against oxidation and contamination for long- and short-term storage. For additional functionality, optional heater units support baking processes (floor life resetting) at temperatures up to 60°C. Whether storing feeder-loaded reels or large-format assemblies, the deep cabinet profile ensures total flexibility.

Advanced Oxygen-Level Monitoring (Optional)
For even greater environmental control, X Line cabinets can be optionally equipped with a high-precision oxygen sensor—an exclusive feature not commonly found in standard nitrogen cabinet systems. This sensor continuously monitors the internal oxygen concentration, enabling the nitrogen purge to dynamically respond not only to humidity, but also to real-time oxygen levels. As a result, oxidation risks are further reduced, and nitrogen usage is optimized more efficiently.

The built-in data logger automatically captures oxygen levels when the sensor is installed, extending traceability beyond humidity and temperature.
