The CS-600 Hybrid Dry Cabinet from the X-Treme Series is a precision-engineered solution for storing and drying moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) and PCBs in medium-scale production environments. Combining the power of the DHM-01 desiccant dryer and the N2AF-01 Smart Nitrogen Flow System, it maintains ultra-low humidity conditions ≤0.5% RH in a clean, oxygen-reduced atmosphere. Certified to meet IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601, the CS-600 delivers industry-compliant, long-term storage performance.
This hybrid system ensures uninterrupted protection even during regeneration or gas interruptions, automatically switching between drying units to prevent oxidation and moisture damage. Ideal for continuous drying and baking up to 125°C, the CS-600 offers cost-efficiency, full traceability, and intelligent humidity control in one robust platform.
ESD Safe by Design
For maximum protection, C-Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets conform to ESD 61340-5-1 standards, with optional ESD-safe coatings available to meet the highest electrostatic safety requirements.
