900 Liter Smart Nitrogen Dry Cabinet
Engineered for operations requiring extended depth and greater internal volume, the CS-900 Smart Nitrogen Dry Cabinet delivers precision-controlled storage for moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) and larger PCBs. Equipped with the N2AF-01 Smart Nitrogen Flow Unit, it maintains ultra-low relative humidity at or below ≤1%RH, ensuring oxidation-free and moisture-free storage conditions that comply fully with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 standards.
Designed for flexible use in low to medium volume production settings, the CS-900 also supports floor life resetting with optional heating up to 125°C. Nitrogen usage is dynamically optimized through advanced software and precision sensors, reducing consumable consumption and operational costs while guaranteeing a traceable, controlled environment.
ESD Safe by Design
For maximum protection, C-Line Smart Nitrogen Dry Cabinets conform to ESD 61340-5-1 standards, with optional ESD-safe coatings available to meet the highest electrostatic safety requirements.
