Controlled High-Temperature Processing
C-Line Baking/Curing Cabinets are engineered for precise and efficient PCB baking and conformal coating drying. With programmable temperatures up to 125°C and optional humidity control, the system enables optimized processing conditions for a wide range of coating materials. By combining controlled baking with active dehumidification, traditional drying times of 24–48 hours can be reduced to as little as 1–2 hours without compromising quality or consistency.
Controlled heat distribution minimizes risks such as delamination and micro-cracking, while integrated monitoring ensures stable temperature control and full compliance with manufacturing quality standards.
