Conformal Coating Dry Cabinet
Fast, Controlled & Safe Dry for Enhanced PCB Protection
What is Conformal Coating?
Conformal coating is a thin polymeric film—typically between 25μm and 250μm—applied to printed circuit boards (PCBs) to protect them from moisture, dust, chemicals, temperature fluctuations, and corrosion. This transparent, protective film conforms to the shape of the board and its components, shielding exposed metal areas such as solder joints, leads, and traces. The result: increased reliability, extended product lifespan, and enhanced performance in harsh environments.
Accelerated & Homogeneous Dry
The X-Treme Series Conformal Coating Dry Cabinet delivers a highly efficient and uniform dry process tailored to the specific needs of conformal coating materials. With programmable temperatures up to 125 °C and an optional humidity control system, users can create optimal drying conditions for a variety of coating types, including those requiring elevated humidity levels. Thanks to simultaneous dehumidification and baking, traditional drying times of 24–48 hours are reduced to as little as 1–2 hours—without compromising quality or consistency.
Engineered for Safety and Compliance
Drying solvent-based coatings at ambient conditions poses health risks. Our built-in extraction unit channels harmful vapors safely to in-house ventilation systems, protecting both operators and the workplace and UV-A inspection lighting ensure quality assurance. This is a comprehensive solution for manufacturers demanding precision, speed, and occupational safety.
Standards Compliance: Meets IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 for moisture-sensitive device storage and PCB protection
